The Aztecs currently have 451.5 total points after Thursday’s events, trailing MW championship leader Boise State (491 points) by 39.5 points.

February 15, 2018 (San Antonio) - The San Diego State swimming & diving team capped off the first day of the Mountain West championships with a share of first place with Nevada, owning 189 total points.

The Aztecs recorded a second-place finish in the 200 medley relay, with Alma Thormalm, Caitlin Delany, Summer Harrison and Klara Thormalm teaming up to post an SDSU season-best time of 1:38.69 – just .46 seconds behind first-place finisher Boise State.

February 15, 2018 (Laramie, Wyo.) - The San Diego State women's basketball team fell at Wyoming 70-50 Wednesday evening at the Arena-Auditorium in Laramie, Wyoming. The Cowgirls (17-7, 10-3 MW), the conference's best three-point shooting team, went 13-for-27 from behind the arc and used a 20-0 first half run to give them a double-digit lead the Aztecs (10-14, 4-9 MW) couldn't recover from.

February 11, 2018 (Alberquerque) - Bonnie Draxler tied the school record in the pole vault, clearing 14-01.25 (4.30m) as the Aztecs wrapped up the Don Kirby Collegiate Invitational in Albuquerque, N.M. Ashley Henderson also had another strong performance, finishing the 60-meter dash in 7.19 seconds, just 0.02 seconds off her school record set last year.

February 10, 2018 (San Diego) - After a heartbreaker Wednesday afternoon against Fresno State, the lady Aztecs took to Steve Fisher Court again this afternoon to try again in a matinee against Nevada in the “Pink Game” for Play4Kay Day at Viejas Arena.  The lady Wolf Pack are a vastly different team than the Bulldogs; seventh in the Mountain West and in a slump; 11-11 overall and 4-7 in league.
