April 3, 2017 (Los Angeles) - Ah, Opening Day.  Probably the best time of the year besides Christmas.  The sun is shining, the birds are singing, the field is green and another Padres season is upon us.  And since the Pads failed so miserably at home on Opening Day against the Dodgers and Clayton Kershaw last year, the MLB decided to see how they do on an Opening Day away from home against the Dodgers.  Jhoulys Chacin got the Opening Day nod for San Diego against Kershaw. Good luck.
