Septembr 29, 2023 (San Diego) - The No. 17 Aztec men’s soccer team (6-1-1, 0-1-0) conceded their first goal and lost their first match of the 2023 season after falling to California (4-2-3, 1-1-1) in their Pac-12 opener Thursday evening.

September 29, 2023 (San Diego) - San Diego State women's soccer earned a hard-fought 1-0 win over Air Force on Thursday evening at the SDSU Sports Deck. Alyza Eckhardt scored the lone goal in the contest. With the win head coach Mike Friesen earned his 100th career Mountain West Conference victory.

September 27, 2023 (Albuquerque) - On Wednesday, the San Diego State men’s tennis team’s Eugenio Gonzalez Fitzmaurice played for the third straight day in the USTA Pro Futures tournament in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Wednesday was the first day of the Main Draw after Gonzalez Fitzmaurice won consecutive matches to advance out of the Qualifying rounds.
