October 22, 2017 (San Diego) - The San Diego State men’s soccer team celebrated its 50th Anniversary in exciting fashion Saturday night, defeating long-time rival Santa Clara, 3-0, at the SDSU Sports Deck. Senior Jeroen Meefout scored twice in the match, while junior Ilai Shvika posted a pair of assists to help set up the Aztec attack.

October 20, 2017 (San Diego) - Senior Aliyah Utush scored twice in a game San Diego State dominated as the Aztecs defeated Wyoming, 2-1, on Senior Night. The victory moved SDSU to 8-7-2 on the season and 5-2-2 in the Mountain West, while the Cowgirls fell to 7-8-2 and 3-5-1 inside the league.

October 17, 2017 (San Diego) - San Diego State football was handed their first loss by Boise State on Saturday night (31-14), so there was a lot to talk about at this week's press conference.  Head coach Rocky Long, senior tight end David Wells and senior safety Trey Lomax sat down with the media.  Men's soccer head coach Lev Kirshner also joined in.

October 15, 2017 (Los Angeles) - The San Diego State men’s soccer team put up a valiant effort in Sunday night’s contest, but fell in heartbreaking fashion in a 2-1 overtime setback at UCLA on Sunday night. The Aztecs are now 4-9-0 (0-5-0 Pac-12) on the year, while the Bruins jump above .500 in both their overall record (6-5-0) and Pac-12 record (3-2-0).

With the decision, the Aztecs improved to 7-7-2 overall and 4-2-2 in the MW, while the Falcons dropped to 7-5-3 and 4-1-3 against conference competition.

September 10, 2017 (San Diego) - The San Diego State men’s soccer team suffered a 1-0 defeat against Utah Valley on Sunday night to conclude the 2017 Courtyard Marriott San Diego Central Tournament.

Utah Valley’s Gui Leme posted the only goal of the match, capitalizing on an unassisted opportunity by pushing a shot into the bottom left corner of the net for a 1-0 Wolverines advantage.
