September 26, 2017 (San Diego) - Aztecs football opened conference play on Saturday with 28-24 win over the Air Force Falcons.  This week, Rocky Long, senior tight end David Wells and junior safety Parker Baldwin sat down with the media.  Also this week, the Aztecs had a surprise for us:  new men’s basketball coach Brian Dutcher spoke first.

Tucker Intercollegiate after shooting a combined 16-over-par 592 during the first two rounds on Friday at UNM Championship Course. Through 36 holes, the Aztecs share the sixth position with host New Mexico after posting scores of 292-300 on the par-72, 7,555-yard layout.

September 19, 2017 (San Diego) - San Diego State senior cornerback Kameron Kelly (Murphy, Texas) has been named the FWAA/Bronko Nagurski National Defensive Player of the Week, the Football Writers Association of America announced Tuesday. Kelly is just the second Aztec to win the prestigious weekly award and first since Matt McCoy on Sept. 18, 2004.
