April 13, 2019 (Fullerton) - The San Diego State baseball team extended its winning streak to a season-best five games and clinched its first series win at Cal State Fullerton since 1965 with a 10-4 win over the Titans on Saturday night at Goodwin Field. SDSU improves its record to 21-14, while CSF drops to 14-17.

April 13, 2019 (San Diego) - San Diego State fell to San José State 6-2 on Saturday night at SDSU Softball Stadium. The weekend series is now tied at 1-1.

The Aztecs (18-22, 6-8 MW) jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the second inning when Taylor Adams was hit by a pitch and scored on a double by Kelsey Munoz.

April 13, 2019 (Santee) - When 22-year-old Destiny Guns jumped walls and fences Saturday night at Las Colinas women’s jail, she made local history — as the first-ever escapee from the Santee lockup.

But Thursday night, she ended a manhunt with her arrest in the parking lot of the jail, said sheriff’s spokeswoman Melissa Aquino.

It was the fifth walk-off victory for the Aztecs (18-21, 6-7 MW) this season.

This time around, there is one more player in the game, and volunteers are occupying the fire station until at least through Wednesday.

April 7, 2019 (San Diego) - San Diego State closed off its four-match homestand in style on Sunday with a 4-0 triumph over Nevada in a Mountain West clash at Aztec Tennis Center.

With the victory, SDSU completed its third shutout in the last two weeks and fourth of the season, improving to 11-8 on the year and 2-2 in conference play, while the Wolf Pack fall to 8-8 overall and 1-3 in the MW.

April 7, 2019 (Reno) - The San Diego State softball team claimed the weekend series with Nevada in a 3-2 victory Sunday afternoon in Reno, Nev.

A day after recording 14 hits in a 10-2, five-inning win, the Aztecs (17-20, 5-7 MW) banged out 13 today in the victory. For the weekend series, SDSU hit .410 (34-for-83), while owning a .472 on-base percentage.
